- Next coffee-citizen on Monday 9 March on the heritage: it is the penultimate!

The 5th and penultimate Coffee citizen on the theme of Heritage by a team of "Memory of Mile End. To know where we're going in terms of development of our neighborhood, it may be interesting to know where we come! That is why this theme has been the timing of our visit to this citizens' initiative. Susan Bronson, Justin Bur Josée Laplace and resource persons will be the 5th meeting, which will link Cagibi at Cafe 5490, boul. St-Laurent corner St-Viateur to 19h. (Arrive early to get a seat).

It should be noted that the 6th and final coffee-citizen on the theme of environment and green area which will be held two weeks later (March 23) will move up shop a few steps farther south, at the Green Room (5386 Blvd. St-Laurent) to accommodate more participants. We thank the Coffee Cagibi having us in the first 5 appointments.

- To our great citizens' forum April 26: Do not forget your $ 5 to register!

We are concocting this great event which will be the culmination of the process. Special entertainment, crèche on request, meals on site ... this event wants a historic moment for our neighborhood so that citizens can validate proposals and concerns emerged during the coffee people. It is important to register now, it only costs $ 5 per resident and $ 20 per company or agency. You may register at the reception or the YMCA at our last two coffee citizens ... Prepare your $ 5 ... and remember places are limited.

- Our responsible approach in The Gazette

Last Tuesday an article about changes in our neighborhood and a wink our approach appeared in The Gazette

- Territory occupied by our creativity ...

Call for participation: Transforming the Saint Viateur east to a territory occupied by our creative imagination!
A collective of artists and urban planners is being formed in order to collect and coordinate the works and an outdoor exhibit about the Citizens' Forum (April 26). We therefore call for a creative mobilization of anyone concerned about the future of the neighborhood to call the future together Mile End. Whatever the medium of creation (text, drawing, photography, performance, installation etc.), please contact us to coordinate these proposals and to disseminate through the citizens' forum to be held on April 26 (see citoyensmileend.blogspot.com).
